Indiana’s Legislative Session Ends Without Changes to Sports Wagering Tax Rates

The legislature completed its work for the year.
With budgetary issues arising in the past two weeks, there was concern that they would consider raising the sports wagering tax, but that was not included in the budget. There were no adjustments to gaming included in the budget.
