Great news in MD! During the Maryland Lottery Commission’s May 22 meeting, it was announced that they are withdrawing the proposed amendment to the rules that would eliminate promotional deductions for sports wagering. This will help our members with sports wagering operations save $$ in face of the tax rate increase that will go into effect.
