DC Council Includes Provision to Prohibit Lawsuits Based on Atequated Statute

The DC Council added a provision to their budget bill, clarifying the legal status of sports betting in DC and prohibiting lawsuits based on exploiting an antiquated loss recovery statute. As noted in a previous update, iDEA sent a letter to the DC Council urging them to include the provision.
