Deadline for Comments re: Maryland Rules Amendment is Sept 22; iDEA to Submit Letter, Meet with Commission

In relation to our previous update on Maryland’s proposed rule amendment, iDEA has proactively reached out to the Commission to share our concerns, and they have welcomed a meeting with us.
However, the Commission has suggested that a meeting take place after the comment window closes on September 22.
We have drafted a comment letter that is undergoing internal review now. We intend to submit our comments by September 12 and will request a meeting with the Commission at that time.
