MA Holds Hearing On H443; iDEA Participates in Support (Link to Hearing and Testimony)

The discussion around iGaming reflected a mix of support and opposition. iDEA presented on a panel alongside the bill’s sponsor and DraftKings, while responsible gaming advocates, unions, and NAAIG voiced their opposition to the measure.
