Virginia iGaming Bills Introduced in House and Senate

iGaming bills were introduced today in Virginia’s House (HB 161) and Senate (SB 118). While some technical changes might happen in committee, the bills appear to be in good shape and align with the summary provided by John Pappas in yesterday’s legislative update.
