Sports Betting Legislation Remains Uncertain in GA as Session Approaches

A new champion of sports betting legislation has not yet emerged in Georgia.
The Speaker of the House continues to be less than enthusiastic about pushing this policy. The session convenes Jan 12 and adjourns: April 9. iDEA is engaging with stakeholders and sharing perspectives about sports wagering legalization.
