NY iGaming Bills Return to Committee Amid Opposition

Challenges remain with strong opposition from the hotel worker trades and very little leadership coming from the Governor on this issue.

The biggest opportunity is to tie iGaming as a pay-for for the ambitious social agenda being pushed by NYC mayor who will have a tremendous amount of influence over the legislature this year, with the session starting Jan 7.
