Bill Filed to Legalize iGaming in Rhode Island

State Senate President Dominick Ruggerio and Rep. Gregory Costantino filed S 0948, a bill to legalize iGaming.
The proposed legislation would allow the state’s Division of Lotteries to authorize online slots and table games at Bally’s retail casinos in the state. A copy of the bill can be accessed here.
