Del. Atterbeary Decides to Not Seek Reelection in State Legislature in 2026

Del. Vanessa Atterbeary, who has been the champion for iGaming legislation over the past two years, is set to announce that 2026 will be her last year in the state legislature.
While she will remain chair of the Ways and Means committee, her influence over policy is likely to diminish.
