Final iGO Contract Terms Not Released This Week as Expected

Last week, iGaming Ontario (iGO) released updated AML requirements on their portal. The changes react to feedback from operators. The final iGO contract terms that were expected on 12/15 were not released this week. It is unclear when they will be released.
iDEA’s consultant in Ontario will continue to engage policymakers.
iDEA plans to send a letter to the AGCO, copying iGO and the Finance Ministry calling for transparency and certainty in the regulatory process. It will be available on the member portal shortly.
