Final Report of VT Sports Betting Study Committee

Earlier this year, the Vermont legislature approved a Sports Betting Study Committee. The Committee met throughout the fall with the goal of issuing recommendations to the legislature as it considers sports betting legislation in 2023. The Committee’s draft report was published on December 6 and can be accessed here. The Committee hopes to finalize the report on December 6.
Because we anticipate that the report may be finalized sometime today, there may be an additional update later today. We will send a special email to the Leg Committee, but I’m going to wait until closer to EOB to see if there are further developments.
