Legislative progress on sports betting is stalled.
As was the case in previous years, other political issues between Republicans and Democrats have created legislative stalemate – not just on sports betting. The House still must act on both the enabling legislation and the constitutional amendment (CA). There are only 3 weeks left in the session.
