Georgia Sports Betting Bill [SB 172] Passed by Committee and On to Full Senate

A Senate committee passed SB 172 which requires a constitutional amendment to legalize sports betting and a ⅔ vote by both the House and Senate.
The bill can now be considered by the full Senate.
Early momentum for this bill is a good sign. However, the Senate leadership has not indicated whether this bill will get a full vote.
