HB 601 Returns to WI Assembly Floor

House Bill 601 returns to the Assembly floor calendar, with a hearing taking place as soon as Feb 19.
The bill would leverage IGRA to allow sports bets made by a person located in Wisconsin using a mobile or other electronic device if the server used to conduct the wager is physically located on a federally recognized American Indian tribe’s Indian lands and if the sports wager is conducted pursuant to a compact between a tribe and Wisconsin.
