Hearing in Missouri Held this Week on HB 2331

House hearing was held this week on HB2331. Lawmakers have conceded that a bill may pass the House (again) but that it will not pass the Senate.
The hearing reaffirmed that a ballot initiative is the only likely path forward for sports betting legalization. Here is a link to the petition language (provided in a previous Portal update).
