iDEA has circulated a letter to Michigan lawmakers opposing potential tax increases to sports betting and iGaming. You can find the letter here.
We understand that the tax hike proposal is just one of many being considered by the Legislature, but they are not being considered as priorities for leadership who are looking at other tax revenue raising measures. Our team on the ground in Lansing are continuing to engage and collect intel and will provide updates on the development of these tax increase proposals.
