iDEA has initial conversations with VA Delegate’s COS.

Delegate Sickles was the main mover behind the sports betting bill in 2020. Dan and John had a positive initial meeting with COS Andrew Millin.
Andrew provided suggestions for others we should meet with. He also said he would present John’s PPT deck to Del. Sickles and explore the possibility of a meeting between our members and the Delegate.
