iDEA to Testify at Louisiana iGaming Senate Committee Hearing

The Louisiana Senate Committee that will be studying iGaming will hold a hearing on December 11.
Based on iDEA’s conversation with staff, the meeting will be the one and only hearing held. There are 4 invited witnesses: Light & Wonder who will present their fiscal impact data; the AGA which will talk about the illegal market; NCLGS to discuss their model legislation; and someone from the Legislative Fiscal Office to discuss the state’s budget needs. Others, including iDEA, will be testifying as well as either proponent or opponent.
