He needs up to three additional co-sponsors to the bill, which is currently being drafted.
We understand that consideration is being given to language that would require that “Live dealer studios” be located within the state. This is both Sen. Ford & Manning’s preference as it will help bolster job creation arguments for iGaming.
Our team is actively using the interim session to meet with influential lawmakers and gather support for iGaming.
We have mapped out the likely committees of jurisdiction for an iGaming bill created a list of lawmakers who will support/oppose.
We are arranging a meeting with Manning/Ford to discuss RG/PG components of their bill to get ahead of expected opposition to expanded iGaming.
