Indiana Moves to Prohibit Dual Currency Sweepstakes Gaming as Bill Heads to Governor

Indiana lawmakers have passed a bill that would prohibit dual currency sweepstakes gaming with an exemption for games offered by the lottery or P2P poker games of skill.
The bill will be presented to the Governor with 7 days to sign the bill, which he is expected to sign. The bill would take effect on July 1.
