Iowa iGaming Bill Faces Key Ways and Means Subcommittee Hearing

Tomorrow (March 19), the Ways and Means Subcommittee will hold a hearing on iGaming bill HSB 223.
The bill’s sponsor is the chair of the full committee, so we expect a favorable hearing. However, as in other states, the land-based industry remains divided on the issue. iDEA will be submitting testimony in support of the bill and is seeking an opportunity to testify virtually.
