Judgement Pending re: Sports Betting on Missouri’s November Ballots

On 09/05 a hearing was held in court on the legal challenge that was filed to keep sports betting legalization off the November voter ballot.
The lawsuit is challenging the certification process of the signatures collected. After a contentious hearing, the judge did not dismiss the case, nor did he render a judgment. A decision could be made as soon as the afternoon of 09/06 and no later than Sept 10.
