Kansas Legislature Expected to Pass Final Bill Tonight

It is expected that by TONIGHT (04/01) the Kansas legislature will pass a FINAL bill authorizing sports betting and send it to the Governor for signature.
Over the past two days House/Senate negotiators have met to hash out the differences between their bills. Some key changes include:
- 10% tax for retail and mobile
- Deductions for promos/excise tax
- Ability of tribes to offer OSB subject to compact negotiation (ala AZ and MI)
- 3 OSB brands per casino = 12 mobile access points
