The Federal and State Affairs Interim Committee is scheduled to meet on September 22, with sports wagering expected to be on the agenda. A live stream will be available here.
Last session the legislature froze any sports wagering expansion in the state and some lawmakers are pushing to change the market from competitive to a single operator. Other issues may include increasing the current 10% tax rate. iDEA is reaching out to committee staff about testimony options.
