Kansas Sports Betting Bill Expected to Become Law

The Kansas Legislature returned this week and after being forced to send the sports wagering bill back to conference for some minor changes, the bill was ultimately approved by the House and Senate early morning (1:50am) on 04/29.
The Governor is expected to sign the bill or let is pass into law without signature within 10 days.

- • 10% tax for retail and mobile
- • Deductions for promos/excise tax
- • Ability of tribes to offer OSB subject to compact negotiation (ala AZ and MI)
- • 3 OSB brands per casino = 12 mobile access points
