KS: No Vote Taken on Sports Betting Bill

The bill authorizing sports betting had a committee hearing this week in the House Committee on Federal and State Affairs, but no vote was taken. The bill is on the same committee’s agenda for discussion and a vote next week.
This bill is a result of consultation with the casinos, tracks and lottery. And would replace a bill the was supported in the Senate last year.
