Maryland iGaming is set for a hearing on March 11, 2026 in the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee. In addition to Senator Watson’s iGaming/iBingo bill – and referendum bill that is required to get the matter on the ballot – he has also introduced a standalone iPoker bill (SB 884).
