Massachusetts Public Hearing Scheduled for October 10

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) announced a public hearing on October 10, 2023 at 9:30 am on 205 CMR 219-Temporary Licensing Procedures and 205 CMR 231-Renewal of a Sports Wagering License.
The MGC will accept comments on the two regulations through 5 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023.
