Massachusetts Rumored to Conduct Hearing on H4431

It is rumored that Massachusetts will hold a hearing on H4431, possibly on Nov 13. The bill would legalize iGaming and also include provisions which would prohibit sweepstakes style casino games.
iDEA has testified in support of other iGaming bills earlier this year, and we are in contact with the bill sponsor and have requested to present testimony if the hearing does happen.
