MD state Senators File SB267 to Legalize Online Gaming

On January 25, State Senators Ron Watson and Nancy King filed Senate Bill 267
The bill would legalize online gaming in Maryland, have it be run by video lottery operators and submit the issue to a voter referendum in the November 2024 general election.
