MD SWARC Application Process Opens Today

The SWARC officially opened the application process today for competitive mobile and Class B retail licenses. Here is a link to the SWARC Application process.
The application process is open until October 21, 2022 at 5pm. Here is a release from the Maryland Lottery with additional information.
Last Friday afternoon the legislative committee that was reviewing the proposed regulations approved them, which is why this process is able to proceed forward.
