Meeting Scheduled with Casino Association of Indiana

Sen. Jon Ford has reaffirmed his intent to file a bill in the 2023 session and to move forward in pursuing both legalization of igaming and ilottery. He is working through an analysis as to whether the two concepts should be included in a single bill, which is his current intent.
A meeting has been scheduled with the Casino Association of Indiana (CAI) for 4/12 to begin discussion on legislative strategy for the interim and for the 2023 legislative session.
We connected casino representatives this week, who reaffirmed their major support for legalization of iGaming.
