MI Governor Signs State Budget; iGaming Tax Rates Will Not Increase

The Governor has signed the budget that the Legislature recently passed, following our previous post on Michigan’s state budget.
Though there was an effort to increase the online gaming tax rates, this effort was defeated and the online gaming tax rates weren’t increased.
iDEA will remain engaged with lawmakers to monitor the tax rate issue.
