MI Proposed Budget Includes iGaming Tax Hike to 36%; House Republicans Voice Opposition

This week in her budget, the Governor of Michigan proposed increasing the iGaming tax rate. The current progressive tax rate ranges from 20-28%, while under the Governor’s proposal, the high end would increase to 36%.
