Mississippi Mobile Sports Betting Bill Faces Crucial Senate Test After Last Year’s Setback

Earlier this week, the Mississippi House of Representatives passed HB 1302 (Rep. Eure’s sports betting bill).
The bill now heads to the Senate. While the bill moved fairly quickly through the House of Representatives, it isn’t expected to move as quickly through the Senate. Last legislative session, the sports betting bill died in conference committee.
