Missouri Expected to Issue Temp Licenses to Operators by October 22

Missouri’s regulator anticipate issuing temporary licenses by Oct 22.
Once a temporary license holder has provided their internal controls and house rules, the Commission will issue an authorization letter for payment providers. Operators that have met these obligations will be able to allow patrons to establish accounts and accept deposits on Nov 17.
Live wagering cannot commence until Dec 1.
