MN House Discourse on Historic Horse Racing Continues

There will be a House Ways and Means Committee hearing on May 10th for Rep. Stephenson’s bill, HF 5274.
Among other things, the bill prohibits wagering on historic horse racing. We anticipate that Rep. Stephenson will offer an amendment to HF 5274, combining the language from sports betting bill, HF 2000, with that of HF 5274. Although this bill may pass out of the House, many believe that it won’t pass out of the Senate.
