MN House Legislature Adjourns Without Passing Sports Betting Bill

The House-passed version of HF 778 gave exclusivity to Minnesota’s Indian tribes. The Senate amended version of HF 778 added two licenses for horse tracks. This proved to be too much of an obstacle to overcome.
