NC is Accepting Requests for Sports Wagering License Applications + Key Dates for Rule Set #2

The NC State Lottery Commission is now accepting requests for sports wagering license applications. Links for potential operators, service providers, and suppliers can be accessed on their Licensing page here.
The expectation is that licenses must be submitted by December 27.
Without final rules set in NC, there is still ambiguity on what entities are required to be licensed. Some key dates related to those rules are as follows:
- Dec 6 — Sports Committee meeting to discuss Rule set #2
- Dec 13 – Commission vote on rule set #2
