NC Releases Sports Wagering Rules; Effective Jan 8, 2024

The North Carolina Lottery released the final version of their sports wagering rules. Included in this version are updates that address several recommendations made by the industry during the rulemaking process.
The rules will be published and go into effect on January 8, 2024. We still don’t anticipate launch of sports betting in North Carolina until March of 2024.
