New Maryland Sports Wagering and DFS Rules Published

Last Friday, some of the rules related to sports wagering and DFS were published in the Maryland Register, opening a 30 day comment window.
However, the rules related to eliminating promo-deductions for sports betting and retail casinos were not included. We understand that the Commission is backing off of this proposal. This is good news, but we will watch the Dec 2, publication to make sure those rules are not included.
