New Sports Betting Rules Proposed By Colorado

The Colorado Division of Gaming is proposing several rule changes for sports betting in the state.
The proposed rule changes can be found here. Licensing renewal disclosures, investor threshold disclosures, MFA requirements, reserve fund requirements, and change of ownership rules and self exclusion are among some of the changes proposed.
The deadline to comment on these proposed rules is Feb 27.
