New MD Bills Target Sports Betting Promo Limits and Campus Access Controls

HB 46 would create a pilot program, requiring operators to geofence certain areas of select college campuses. This is being proposed to evaluate, if it can be a way to prevent underage gambling and problem gambling on college campuses. This bill’s hearing is on Jan 29.
