New York Committee Chair Introduces Bill to Expand Online Sports Betting Licenses

Assemblywoman Woerner (who is the Chair of the Assembly’s Racing and Wagering Committee) introduced a bill that would increase the number of New York online sports betting licenses and would lower the tax rate based on the number of licenses.
The bill is A6013 and was referred to the Assembly’s Racing and Wagering Committee.
