North Carolina Commission Announces New Sports Betting Regulations

On March 20th the Commission announced new regulations primarily dealing with retail sports wagering.
On April 9th there will be a Public comment meeting on the proposed rules. The proposed rules can be found here. They recommend using this portal to submit comments.
