NY Regs in Effect for Interactive Fantasy Sports and Sports Wagering Marketing and Advertising

Today’s edition of the New York State Register included Notices of Adoption for regulations pertaining to interactive fantasy sports and in regards to sports wagering advertising and marketing. Both sets of regulations are now in effect.
