NYSCG Continues Regulatory Review; No Confirmed Launch Date

The NYSGC continues regulatory review of operators, platforms and their suppliers. The expectation is that at least some participants will be able to launch operations ahead of the Super Bowl. No firm “launch date” has raised concern among some members. Today (Dec 3), iDEA sent a letter to the NYSGC asking for clarity.
