OCC Issues Final Batch of Rules

This morning the Ohio Casino Control Commission issued the 5th (and final) batch of rules for stakeholder review and feedback. You can read them here.
This rule set deals with Class A & B licensing as well as rules related to sports gaming systems requirements, including account funding methods and KYC. The rules also layout rules for wagering and advertising requirements. Finally, the rule address data sharing and requests from sports governing bodies.
These are the most substantive rules batch to date. John, Dan and the team will review and see where it will make sense for iDEA to provide comments. They are due on March 18th.
