OCCC Updated FAQs

The OCCC issued a statement this week encouraging those interested in the Ohio market to read their updated FAQs related to further guidance on compliance-material submissions and testing requirements (including important guidance on limit setting), the addition of 1-800-GAMBLER as an approved helpline for conspicuous use in advertisements, and reiterates the October 5th person-in-control deadline.
